PAHT-CF launch lugs
For the launch of the AQUILO VIII.VS rocket, launch lugs were made out of PAHT-CF. This material is designed to withstand high wear and stress, making it the perfect material for withstanding the violent friction and forces of a rocket lifting of the launch tower. In the second picture, the entire weight of the rocket is held up by just the two 40 mm long lugs. The AQUILO rocket team from the University of Applied Sciences Inholland Delft has been developing rockets since 2014 with the goal of teaching student members rocket engineering and science.
PETG medical prototypes
During the product development journey of SAGA Medi, the prototyping phase used PETG filament for its versatility, affordability and quality. Over the prototyping phase, multiple parts were produced to check for geometry and functionality.
TPU transport protection
While transporting their electronic equipment to the teambuilding events, Windshift.nl needed to protect the sensitive parts against shocks and vibrations. Research was done into the shock-absorbing properties and how to best apply it to protect their assets.

Made to be tough and flexible to survive crashes and lightweight to save energy. TPU allows for flexibility which helps with fitting the parts and absorbing impact energies.
PETG car parts
To replace components behind the headlights that were no longer available on the market. PETG is well suited for the conditions with regards to temperature and moisture.
PETG replacement parts
The mechanism of a classic Volvo broke and was unavailable on the market. PETG is the perfect material to survive the summer heat and sun rays.

Showcasing a supply chain for Trip & co involves multiple facilities, factories, airport, storage facilities. PLA is perfect for demonstrators to show (potential) customers.
